This was one part of the big rebuild of the clutch and piston for the WR400F 2000 model. This gasket is for the cylinder head. The price for this part was very good from Webike and because I had a lot of parts needed for this rebuild I got them all together to save on shipping. The parts were not too difficult to find by using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Upon receipt from EMS which arrived in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, the gasket is in one piece and no signs of damage at all. The gasket is made very well and is stiff but flexible enough to manoeuvre into place. Not really much else I can say at this point about the gasket. The true test will be when the bike is back together and started. Once all the parts were assembled and in place where I needed them the big refit commenced. This main rear arm bearing was worn far too much on this MT07 and needed replacing. Finding the right bearing was a little tricky but managed to find the right one in the end. The cost for this bearing was a lot better than could be sourced locally but they did not have it in stock anyway. I needed a few other parts for various bikes so I decided to have them all shipped together via EMS to save a little cost too. I always know when the order will be delivered with EMS and this was no different. In 5 days my order arrived. The entire contents of the order were well packaged and some of the parts were even surrounded with bubble wrap to keep them safe. The bearing itself came in the Yamaha box as standard and was very well presented. The bearing is an unusual one but it is an essential part that needs to be perfect for the bike to run as it should. Getting the old bearing out was a bit fiddly as there are a few other parts you need to remove. The bearing was well machined and put together. Each roller moved freely and was greased as expected. These were another of the bolt purchases for the refurb of the 2021 Yamaha MT10. A lot of different bolts and collars and washers were needed to do this correctly. Not really much of an issue as these are parts that fit a lot of models in the Yamaha range. Finding was pretty easy too. Yamaha schematics have all the information you need for this. After getting the right part numbers, I searched Webike and found what I needed. With some other parts for this refurb I had all the order shipped at the same time by EMS. In 5 days from being shipped my order arrived. Everything in the order was expertly packaged. Even though these are just bolts, they do need to be the right specifications. Webike warehouse made sure these bolts were all kept nice and safe and inside a bubble wrap envelope. I checked all the bolts and was pleased with the quality. A customer came in after a brake line change and needed some new union bolts as the previous ones were reused. I never like reusing union bolts and so I ordered a couple. One for the job in hand and one as a spare. Finding the right union bolt was simple enough by using Yamaha schematics for this model of bike, these union bolts do however fit a lot of other models too so they are readily available. The price from Webike was really good and less than could be sourced locally, I was already placing an order so these would also be added to that to keep the shipping costs down. EMS are my chosen courier these days as they just get the orders delivered fast. This order also arrived in the same time as pretty much all my other EMS orders, 5 days from being shipped and the order was at my door. The union bolts arrived in the standard Yamaha packets and are very well made. The threaded section is perfect and super smooth, the drilled hole is slick and of the correct diameter and the entire bolts are exactly what is needed. Fitting these bolts themselves are not hard but rebleeding the brakes can be tedious to say the least. An hour or so later and the entire job was completed. This was a shouldered bolt that had a lot of damage to the head so it was barely tightened up. I managed to get the old one out but there was no way this was going to do it's job going back in the way it was. New one ordered, the bolt was a little tricky to find but managed to get it via the Yamaha schematics. The price was really great value, even though it is only a bolt, you definitely need this one and you would struggle to find a regular bolt to work as it should. I did have some other parts ready to order so I got them all shipped using EMS together to save some costs. My order arrived in 5 days as they usually do via EMS and was all well packaged. The bolt came in the Yamaha packet and was also inside a bubble wrapped envelope. The bolt has nice and clean threads and the head is super nice. This was the oil seal for the front wheel on the WRF450F which needed new wheel bearings. I do always replace the oil seals when it comes to any bearings where possible for my own peace of mind. It just makes sense to do this. Finding the right oil seal was easy as I already had the schematic open for the wheel bearings anyway. The price for the new seals was great value. At this price is was silly not to get them. With the other parts needed for this replacement, I had all the order shipped using EMS which are my chosen and trusted courier. My order arrived in 100% perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seals came in th standard Yamaha packets and were also inside a nicely made bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse to keep them safe. The oil seals are pretty rigid if I am honest but that is not a bad thing. They are top quality oil seals which you expect from such a well respected manufacturer like Yamaha. Whilst I was changing out the oil and already purchased the new oil drain plug, I wanted to make sure I had a good seal so also purchased the genuine Yamaha gasket for this bike. This is only the second oil change I have done on this bike but it is only a 2019 model anyway. The correct gasket was found when I checked for the correct oil plug. Not too tricky when you have the Yamaha schematiics in front of you. The price was really good value, yes, you could get a pack of cheaper after market gaskets but for this money, why would you risk a good seal. Anyway, with a couple of other parts I needed including the oil plug, I had my order shipped using EMS. My order arrived in perfect order and 100% no damage in 5 days straight. The gasket was in the usual Yamaha clear packet. There were no contaminants inside the packet which was nice. The washer looks to be copper but I would assume it is a copper and some other metal mix. Easy job to do replacing the gasket and oil plug but make sure not to over tighten. Use a torque wrench and make sure you have it right. Very happy customer. Great work Webike. View Detail

One of the only parts I do insist on changing is the oil plug on bikes after and oil change. Mostly due to the screw becoming a little messed up and could be harder to remove over time. Even though this bike is a pretty young bike, it has a lot of years left in it and I would hate to have to drill out the bolt to change oil in the future. The correct part was found by using the tools Webike provide on their help section. I then did a cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make sure. The screw was not expensive but when you get a genuine Yamaha one, you know it will be perfect for the job. With a few other parts, my order was shipped using EMS and arrived in one piece and perfect condition in 5 days. The screw came in the standard Yamaha packet and wrapped in bubble wrap envelope. It was really clean on the threads and no shards or swarf were found. Along with the genuine Yamaha gasket all was fitted eas=ily and no leaks once torqued correctly. Very pleased witht his purchase. I have done a lot of work on this bike for quite a few years and the ball race was needing to be changed. I already knew the part number from the previous fitting but still cross referenced from Webike help pages and Yamaha schematics to make doubly sure. The cost of teh race was really good and better than could be sourced locally. I always have a few other parts in an order at once as this does save me on the shipping fees. I used EMS as they just get the parts to me fast. Within 5 days from shipping my order was delivered. The race came in teh Yamaha packet and was also inside a bubble wrap envelope for safety. It came in great condition and the race is did not have any sigh of damage. This fitted perfectly and made a whole load of difference to how the bike stabilised.
