Genuine Yamaha Side Cover 2 for TDM 900 2002

A bit of a spruce up of this older YZF-R1. Some of the emblems were looking tired and just needed a refresh to make them look presentable again. This emblem was not hard to find when you check the Yamaha schematics for the model and year. On Webike, these emblems were really great value and far less than I could source locally. This was the left side rear fairing emblem which needed to be the exact same as the other side for the bike refresh and needed a genuine emblem as only that would look as it should. Along with some other parts and the right hand side rear emblem, all shipped together by EMS and delivered in 7 days. Everything in the package was packed neatly and securely and these were kept flat as you don't want bent emblems. This emblem looks super slick and crisp edges makes the world of difference. This genuine Yamaha emblem is a gorgeous red and black glossy emblem with the original R1 logo with the Deltabox and Exup font and all the colour is super clean too. I have had some that look slightly dark grey and not really red enough but not these, perfect match for the bike colour scheme. Really impressed with the quality of this emblem for the old girl. This was purchased to clean up the front cowling on the TW200 Trailway that a friend brough to the garage. The bike has been stood for a long while and the cowling appears to have been hit by something and cracked it. Not so big a problem as these can still be purchased. After checking Yamaha schematics, I found the right part number and found it straight away on Webike website. The price that Webike had this for sale was really great value and even if I could get one locally, it would've been a lot more expensive. Along with some other parts, I got them all shipped together by EMS and delivered in 7 days. The cowling arrived in the standard Yamaha packet but was really well wrapped to keep it from any damage. Upon receipt, I found that the colour was not quite as I expected but clearly, this is how it is supposed to look. Pleasantly happy right now. The cowling is well made and the mould used is flawless. There were a couple of sharper edges but nothing major. The colour was a gorgeous slightly matt black. The fitment was perfect and there were no issues when adding it to the aging bike. This bike came in with a few issues with body work and one or two just could not be saved so needed replacing with new. Fairly straight forward in finding these parts as Yamaha schematics notes all the parts you need for each model. The price of this side panel which is one that is kind of an infill for the left side of the fuel tank, was really good value and far better than could be sourced locally. These are a quite large item but Webike warehouse packaged them really good. They came in the standard Yamaha packaging but also were covered in bubble wrap to stop any scratches or damage. The panel itself is a gorgeous satin black finish. It is plastic but it looks as if it has been buffed to be that way. The alignment areas all fitted perfectly, meaning the quality is excellent. The fitting was super easy as it is literally a bolt, a clip for the top and push pop rod for the middle part of the panel. This makes the bike look at least 10 years younger. This is the second part of the refresh on this old bike that came in from a customer. A couple of panels needed replacing as they are all scratched. The best solution was to just buy genuine Yamaha panels. Webike was super easy to navigate to find the right panels for this bike. Also, the price I got these for was well lower than what I could buy locally. Not a problem, in my basket with a few other items. I had all shipped using EMS and my delivery arrive in 5 days from being shipped. This was quite a large item but Webike warehouse packaged it really well. The side cover came in the standard Yamaha packaging but also were covered in bubble wrap to stop any scratches or damage. The panel itself is a gorgeous glossy grey which matches the bike perfectly. It is plastic but it looks as if it has been painted extremely professionally. The alignment areas all fitted perfectly, meaning the quality is excellent. This classic bike came in for a few small parts that needed changing due to age related issues. The owner wanted to keep the bike as genuine as possible. One of the parts that was a little bit old and not good looking was the rear flasher stay. The old one had lost all of the black glossy paint which it originally came with. Finding the right part number for this was easier than I expected it to be. With the help of Yamaha schematics I found what I was looking for. On checking Webike website, the part was actually available and in stock in the warehouse. Great news. The price was as expected and very reasonable. Shipping was low cost using EMS and the order arrived in 7 days. The stay unit came in a see through Yamaha packet and was also inside a bubble wrap envelope. No damage to any of it. The stay itself is a stunning part, the glossy black is super shiny and both the mount holes are perfect. Quality wise, I could not ask for anything better. Fitting is easy as it is literally a bolt off bolt on part. After adding this and reattaching the flasher unit the job was complete. On to the next one View Detail

I wanted to make this little bike more presentable and a lot of the consumable parts were looking old and in need of some tlc. One of the parts that was bothering me was the kick lever cover which was worn through and hanging off. Time for a new one. Not a hard part to find as this cover does fit a lot of Yamaha models from early 70's all the way through to the newer small kids bikes. Once I found the right part number, I checked Webike website and found a really good deal for it. With some other parts for this bike already in my basket, I got them all shipped together to save money on the shipping fees. In a matter of 7 days the order arrived. The cover lever was packaged really well, it came in the standard Yamaha packaging and inside a bubble wrap envelope too. The cover itself is a moulded rubber one that is well made. The moulding is accurate and there were no extra pieces of rubber hanging off which just shows the top quality of the genuine Yamaha part. Fitting is easy as it is literally a push on fit, a tiny bit of brake cleaner helped this to be put in situ easier. Yes, I could get them printed at a local store but why do that when you can get hold of the genuine Honda ones as cheap as this. Not a hard part to find once you know the size you need and a rough model of bike that this is for. This was the side panel emblem which did not need to be the exact same as the other side as I was also buying the right hand side anyway. Along with the right hand side decal and some other parts, all shipped together by EMS and delivered in 7 days. This was a part that needed changing on the FZ1 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Yamaha parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 5 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped and was not sitting right. This new one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Yamaha packaging. Fitting is easy, the filter is not doing what it is supposed to do and the bike does sound better for it.
