Input Control of Shipping Address Field
Each shipping company is required to send electronic data for customs clearance, and therefore there are restrictions on the shipping address.
It has become necessary to set input restrictions on the shipping address field on our website as well.
We will be setting the following input restrictions from now on:
Recipient Name: Must be less than 35 characters
Company Name: Must be less than 35 characters
Street Address: Must be less than 70 characters
City: Must be less than 35 characters
State/Province: Must be less than 35 characters (Selectable for USA, Canada, and Australia)
Shipping addresses already in the address book must also be modified according to the above.
Language: English only
Symbols: Only allowed symbols are permitted.
If you try to place an order using an address that does not meet the above restrictions, an error pop-up will appear, and you will be asked to modify your "Address Book". To ensure smooth ordering, we recommend that you confirm that the address registered in your Address Book meets the restrictions before placing an order.
