We will learn how to disassemble and assemble the OEM parts as well as the 5-Gear's How to assemble the TuningParts, including assembly and installation of the Special Clutch The contents are diverse, ranging from "I used it to install my specula and 5-Gears in Takekawa I used this for the installation of my Takekawa Specula and 5-Gear The instructions are very informative, even though they are from different manufacturers The instructions that come with the Takekawa products are so rough that I couldn't work on them without this tiger's scroll It is
The Kitaco SERVICE MANUAL for CRANKCASE is worth it's weight in Gold. The information in it is transferable to ANY horizontal Honda style engine. Printed in Japanese with more than enough English captions, no information is lost. And the information it contains will turn you into a professional if you peruse it enough. Nothing is lost in translation and as usual a picture says a thousand words. I recon this manual should be brought before you waste money on a non-genuine service manual for you horizontal Honda motor. In fact the price of the Kitaco Crankcase and it's other half the Cylinder Head, Cylinder & Piston manual together along with shipping (from WEBIKE JAPAN, of course) will probably be less than a non-genuine manual for your specific engine. I think these manuals will eventually become collectors items. A must have if you "dig" the horizontal engine and it will save you money in the end. Invest now!View Detail
I bought this for my first Bore up work on my SUPER CUB 50FI 3-speed AA01. Purchased at the same time as the upper waist version. The illustrations were so detailed that even a novice like me could understand them. There are no notes for FI Vehicles here either. I'm assuming that the Reinforced Oil Pump and Reinforced Clutch will be replaced at the same time as the Bore Up. "Above the waist." Recommendation is to purchase at the same time. I think this amount of information at this price is worth it. If you want, it would be more helpful to know what kind of effects can be expected by replacing or customizing the parts.View Detail
I bought it to Rose the waist of MONKEY. This is the first time I've tried this challenge, and I followed the instructions exactly. It was done safely. I'm glad I bought itView Detail
Detailed Illustration and easy to understand. Easier to understand than the service manual. The differences between the spec. of the engine are also described. It is generally easy to use. It's not a bad buy.
However, it's a bit of a burden for beginners. It's best to get an advise from someone who knows what he or she is doing.View Detail
I bought it as a reference for the Bore up The Reinforced Clutch was included with the Bore up, so I had this one too It was very good I was able to confirm the general structure of the Mission as well as the future development and I think it's also a good reference The top and bottom volumes are QUANTITY:I think it is better to have it in a setView Detail

The KITACO Catalogue (MONKEY SERIES ENGINE) Vol.4 is written in Japanese and Monkey bike specific but I recommend all GROM owners should have one. Using simple diagrams with minimal English captions each section (Vol.4 is Cylinder Head, Cylinder & Piston) is shown / explained from a performance up grade view point. The sections (appear to me to) compare and give performance options to each component. Stuffed full of handy methods and littered with tips on rebuilding engines. Anyone with basic or less than basic mechanical skills can intemperate what the diagrams are explaining and gain professional experience from the pictures. Best $20 bike book Iv'e brought. I bought this for my first Bore up work on my SUPER CUB 50FI 3-speed AA01. It was explained in a way that even a layman like me could understand it. The instructions are well illustrated, and the handling of peripheral parts, such as removal, is carefully explained, and the cautions are easy to understand. If you are considering Bore upetc. Engine custom, you may want to buy this before procuring parts. However, as a matter of course, all recommended parts are KITACO's products. Even so, I think I can reduce the loss because I know what tools I need in advance. In my case, I'm using FI vehicles, so I would have been happy if there were some notes and illustrations for FI vehicles. However, I feel that the amount of information at this price is unbelievable. Also, I think Reinforced Oil Pump and Reinforced Clutch will be replaced at the same time when you bore up. "Below the waist." The recommendation is to purchase the product at the same time.View Detail

?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
