The result was an exquisite Clearance that did not interfere with the Engine.
Since it is lower than the OEMfootpeg, the Brake pedal position will be a little higher.
For reference, there was no problem if the Pedal position was lowered to accommodate.

This DAX Main Stand from Tanaka Trading is the same item as the one from Minimoto, and it's great quality. Had mine for several years and the metal, paint and rubber is still holding up as good as any OEM Honda part. It's very solid, but a downside is heavy weight. I guess the metal contains a lot of iron, and it could/should have been produced in a lighter steel blend. The weight is not that bad if you remove the center stand as I did. I also think it looks better that way. But keep the center stand laying around, it's very handy and quick to attache if you need support when removing any of the wheels from your bike.
