* About quality and texture, Just what I was after to match up with the factory drive chain setup, this steel 16T front sprocket is made from steel and is 420 pitch just like the remaining Honda 34T rear sprocket and chain.* About the feeling of use, Since increasing the power output of the Grom engine I was looking for a way to keep my front wheel on the ground and lower my RPMs at higher cruising speeds and simply increasing the front sprocket by one tooth has achieved that for me.* Products to buy together, I changed the front sprocket early on when there was low KMs on the drive chain setup but if you have high KMs on your drive chain setup and wish to change the front sprocket gearing then I would be also purchasing a new rear sprocket and new chain.* Difficulty of installation, Installation requires removing the sprocket cover for access and removing the two bolts fron the locking tab before removing the 15T front sprocket. Since I was going up up one tooth on the front sprocket, loosening the chain tension was needed to allow the 16T sprocket and chain to be installed with the correct chain tension. The process was completed in 30 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, Not the cheapest 16T front sprocket available here to purchase but I was happy to pay $5 more for a front sprocket that matched the remaining parts of my factory drive chain setup. If you want the best value then Kitaco sprockets are what you will wan to purchase.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Don not mix and match new and used sprockets and chains as you will lessen the life of the new products and be wasting your money, spend more at the start to save in the end.
